Responsibilities

? Provide remote technical support for client computers, their network, and applications.
? Proactively monitor client systems using a combination of different tools
? Follow-up with clients, provide feedback and see assigned issues through to resolution
? Escalate unresolved issues to the next level of support
? Evaluate, test and deploy software/hardware upgrades to client infrastructure
? Update tickets, maintain client IT documentation and enter time records
? Occasional afternoon/evening schedules required as agreed

Requirements

? Good communication, organizational and time-management skills
? Strong client service skills and confidence when interacting with executive end users
? Strong IT troubleshooting skills
? Multi-tasking skills in a fast-paced team environment
? Strong proficiency in English – both spoken and written
? Clean criminal background to be completed annually
? IT diplomas, industry certifications or equivalent professional experience are an asset
